Accounts, Payments and Bonuses
1. Parasino.com is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to accept online bets on its website located at "www.parasino.com ".
2. Members declare that they are individuals aged 18 and over who have an account at Parasino.com ('Betting Account'). Members are responsible for keeping their personal information such as address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment/banking information up to date. Members are obliged to immediately notify Parasino.com if their personal information expires or is incorrect. In the event that any personal or contact information is intentionally incorrectly provided during or after registration, Parasino.com reserves the right to suspend the account until the correct information regarding the account is verified.
3. It is your responsibility to fully comply with any local, national or state laws regarding betting before registering or placing a bet. In particular, if you live in a country where internet or telephone betting is prohibited, you should not register with us, attempt to use our services or use your payment card or other payment method to place a bet.
4. For various legal or business reasons, we do not permit the opening of an account or the use of our site by persons located in certain jurisdictions. This list of jurisdictions may be changed by us from time to time with or without notice. If you reside in any of these jurisdictions, you agree not to open an account or attempt to use your account.
5. The Member undertakes to always inform Parasino.com about any illness, including mental disability, that may affect the playing status. The Member agrees to share with Parasino.com the elements that will affect the correct decision-making regarding betting or credit usage.
6. If the membership application form is accepted by Parasino.com, Parasino.com will notify the person that it has accepted the person as a member.  
7. Member will be required to choose a password (“Password”) and a preferred login ID (“Username”). The Member is obliged to use their Password and Username each time they log in to the Parasino.com website located at www.Parasino.com.com. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep their login ID and Password confidential.
8. If the Member does not comply with the KYC conditions following the first bet placed or the first deposit, Parasino.com may suspend the account permanently or until these membership conditions are fulfilled.
9. If a Member has concerns that their User ID and Password have been compromised or that their Password or User ID has been used without authorization, Parasino.com must be notified immediately and Parasino.com may, at its sole discretion, arrange for the Member to choose a new User ID and a new Password.
10. If Parasino.com elects to provide a Member with a new Username/Login ID and the Member's new Password becomes effective, Parasino.com reserves the right to void all future transactions from the date the Member used the Member's previous Username/Login ID and Password.
11. According to our bonus rules; A maximum of 20 times the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
12. Members shall be responsible for all bets made using their Username/Login ID and Password for any activity in their Betting Accounts, unless they notify Parasino.com otherwise in accordance with Condition 9.
13. Any bet made over the internet using a Member's Username/Login ID and Password, whether a Member or not, including all transactions made by a third party using the Member's Password and Username/Login ID, will be deemed valid by Parasino.com. Parasino.com cannot be held responsible for the bets made or the amounts withdrawn in the event that the password or Username/Login ID is disclosed to any third party, intentionally or negligently.
14. Parasino.com reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without giving any reason if one or more of the following situations occur:
If the member is under 18 years of age;
If a Member is placing a bet on behalf of a person under the age of 18 and/or;
If a Member has not acted in good faith;
· A Member's breach of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”);
· If the Member violates any applicable law.
15. Subject to Incorrect Betting and General Information as set out in Article 9, applicable risk levels are determined at Parasino.com's sole discretion and are not negotiable.
16. Parasino.com reserves the right to close and/or restrict a Member's Betting Account and refund the balance of the Betting Account without any explanation. In this case, the bets played will be accepted as long as the Member's Betting Account is not used for any fraudulent transaction or a purpose for which the unpaid bets will be deemed invalid.
17. While every effort will be made to ensure the satisfaction of our members, Parasino.com reserves the right to refuse or restrict member accounts from placing bets on selected Parasino.com betting products. Parasino.com is not required to state or provide a reason for rejecting or not accepting any bet.
18. Parasino.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or limit any bet that a member wishes to place without any explanation. Parasino.com is not obliged to state or provide any reason for rejecting any bet.
19. Parasino.com reserves the right to reject all or part of any bet based on; bet type, event or venue.
20. Parasino.com reserves the right to reject the deposit and close the Members' Betting Account if it determines that the deposited money is not for betting purposes.
21. Parasino.com reserves the right to request that deposits made with any available payment method be wagered or wagered once (x1) before allowing a withdrawal from the member's account.
22. Parasino.com reserves the right to waive Rule 13.2 if the member's bet amount is restricted while placing a bet, or if there is an error during the deposit or withdrawal of money, or if there is another valid reason determined at Parasino.com's sole discretion.
23. Parasino.com must comply with AML/CTF legislation. If a deposit or withdrawal transaction is deemed to be potentially fraudulent, Parasino.com reserves the right to request proof of bank account information for deposits or withdrawals to verify the accuracy of the information provided before allowing withdrawals from the account.
24. Parasino.com does not allow any person other than the Member to make transactions with a bank account or an account that is not registered in the name of the credit card holder. Account holders must use their own or joint deposit and withdrawal methods. Parasino.com reserves the right to suspend any account with 3rd party payment details and will request approval of the permitted use from that 3rd party before reopening the affected account and allowing transactions to continue.
25. Parasino.com reserves the right to pass on any management fee to members who deposit money into their Parasino.com accounts for purposes other than placing bets.
26. Parasino.com reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and Parasino.com betting rules (“Betting Rules”) and Parasino.com Privacy Policy on the Site and will publish these changes on the Site. Changes will be effective from the moment they are notified on the Site. It is the responsibility of our members to review the Terms and Conditions regularly and your continued use of the website will mean that you accept the changed terms and conditions.
27. When the Member opens a Betting Account and/or places a bet at Parasino.com via phone or the Parasino.com website, he/she is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions and Parasino.com's Privacy Policy. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy can be viewed on the Site.
28. Parasino.com is legally obliged to verify the identity of the member within 90 days of the member's first bet or first deposit. If the member's identity is not verified within 90 days, the member's account will be suspended.  
29. After performing the first transaction with Parasino.com, the Member agrees that Parasino.com will verify his identity.
30. Parasino.com also requires the member's current address information. If the Member's current address is not on the front or back of one of the photo ID, the Member must provide acceptable proof of their current address.
31. In such cases, acceptable proof of valid address may include, at Parasino.com's discretion, a copy of one or more of the following:
· a recent (3 months or less) electricity bill
· a recent (3 months or less) financial institution statement
32. If a credit card is to be used to deposit funds into a Member’s Betting Account, legible copies of the front of the card(s) with which the Member has chosen to deposit funds into the Betting Account must be presented to Parasino.com for approval. Parasino.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept a credit card(s), including but not limited to instances where the credit card has failed. Credit cards used to deposit funds into the Member’s Betting Account must match the registered Member details. Credit cards with a name different from the one registered with Parasino.com will be rejected and the account will be suspended until proof of approval is provided by the 3rd party cardholder. Parasino.com reserves the right to request a copy of both sides of the credit card(s) registered on the account at any time.
33. Parasino.com reserves the right to set deposit limits and restrict withdrawals until the Credit or Debit card is verified in accordance with the conditions.
34. Parasino.com reserves the right to withhold the deposited money and/or the winnings from the concluded bets in the event that it detects that the credit card has been misused or used fraudulently. Any matter regarding the improper use of the Credit Card/Cards will be reported to the relevant authority.
35. Parasino.com reserves the right to deduct funds from members who do not meet the account definition requirements; funds will be released once the requirements are met.
36. Parasino.com does not charge any credit card, deposit or withdrawal fees. However, members may be charged banking fees by their own banking institutions when depositing money into Parasino.com.
37. Parasino.com may request a Member to provide photo identification and proof of the Member's current address at any time to ensure that all information provided by the Member is up to date. Documents provided by the Member may require official verification of identity documents by a permitted Verifier upon Parasino.com's request.
38. Parasino.com reserves the right to remove or add payment options from time to time to facilitate the operation of the e-commerce environment. Current deposit and withdrawal methods can be viewed in the 'Account'.
39. If Parasino.com has paid out incorrect winnings to a Member, Parasino.com shall have the right to request a refund of the incorrectly paid amount and shall provide supporting documentation to prove that the amount to be refunded is correct. In such cases, members will be notified by email with detailed information. Parasino.com may request documentation from members to assist in the investigation of such errors.
40. If a race or sporting event on which the member has placed a bet has started or has been completed and the member has made an unfair profit from this match and withdrawn it, the member accepts that Parasino.com may take back the payment of the unfair profit.
41. If the member has received payment due to an error made by Parasino.com, for example, if a payment that was meant for another member was sent to him, and he withdraws this payment, the member accepts that Parasino.com may take back the payment for the ill-gotten gain.
42. Parasino.com has made great efforts to ensure that sports betting is fair, prompt and accurate. To the extent permitted by law (and only to this extent), Parasino.com excludes all warranties (express or implied) in relation to any sports betting arising from the following and accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury.

Any transaction made by Parasino.com regarding a Member's Betting Account.
43. Subject to clause 24, Parasino.com's liability for any claim or loss will be limited to the amount of the relevant bet placed by the member.
44. All bets are deemed to be made and received in Curaçao.
45. Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Terms and Conditions, if Parasino.com publishes, sends or quotes incorrect betting information, such as publishing incorrect odds/dividends or lines for any sporting event (other than racing), regardless of the reason for such error:
If an error is detected before, during or after an event, the Member's bets that have been placed on the event in question and approved by Parasino.com will be deemed invalid and the Member will be notified.
If Parasino.com can prove that the error was obvious or evident or that the Member should have been aware of the error when the bet was placed, all bets will be void.
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these rules, if Parasino.com publishes, posts or quotes incorrect betting information such as giving incorrect odds/dividends for any thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing event, all bets will be void subject to rule 32 Incorrect Bets and General Information, regardless of the cause of such error.
46. Parasino.com does not guarantee that the member's participation in betting or wagering complies with the legal requirements of any state or country outside Phillipine. Members must assume full responsibility for the legality of:
•    Applying to Parasino.com for a Betting Account;
· Depositing money into a Betting Account at Parasino.com using a credit card or other permitted means.
•    Betting on the Parasino.com site;
•    Earning profit from Parasino.com
47. Parasino.com does not accept bets from certain regions 
48. For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit members located in certain jurisdictions, including the United States and its territories, to open or use accounts. If you reside in such jurisdictions, you agree not to open or attempt to use an account. If Parasino.com finds an account from such jurisdictions, Parasino.com reserves the right to close the account and retain any remaining funds without confirmation of the account holder's personal identity and bank account information.
49. A Member may only have one Parasino.com account. If a Member has permission from Parasino.com to open additional Parasino.com Account(s), the account balances of all relevant Parasino.com Accounts will be transferred to the first Parasino.com Account opened by the Member and;
If the first Parasino.com account opened after such transfers has a debit balance, Parasino.com will have the right to collect payment immediately upon the member's written request to clear the debit balance.
· If a member receives a bonus that requires a deposit to be made in order to claim the bonus, the deposited money and bonus must be wagered or rolled over at least once once. Parasino.com reserves the right to remove the bonus and refund any remaining balance if the member violates these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of the specific bonus.  
50. Parasino.com reserves the right to reject all or part of any bet depending on the bet type, event or venue.
51. The minimum bet amount on the internet is 1 euro. In live betting or running sports events, the minimum bet amount must be 1 euro.
52. Parasino.com will keep records of all telephone conversations with members when Members make a query or present a problem in their Betting Accounts. The Member accepts this and agrees to such records being made and in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by Parasino.com, the Member agrees that the relevant record(s) and/or records of the Member's online transactions may be submitted to the regulatory authority to ensure that the use and issue are determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
53. All communications between members and Parasino.com via e-mail, live chat or telephone may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
54. If a bet is interrupted for any reason before the bet is confirmed, the bet is deemed not to have been made. In such cases, it is the Member's responsibility to immediately contact Parasino.com to learn the status of the transactions.
55. If any dispute between Parasino.com and the Member cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the matter will be referred to a representative of Curacao eGaming. Any dispute may be referred to the Commission at Curacao eGaming for final decision and all bets will be supervised accordingly. The dispute must be made within 14 days of the end of the sporting event on which the bet was made. Curacao eGaming's decision is final and binding on both parties.Any complains directed to Curacao eGaming before is directed to Parasino.com will be dismissed as not complying with terms and conditions.
56. Members cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.
57. Parasino.com does not allow minors under the age of 18 to be account holders under any circumstances. If a minor has access to the computer a Member uses to log into their 'Betting Account', Parasino.com strongly recommends that a child protection software package be downloaded and installed on that computer. Two such software applications are Cyber Patrol and Family Protection Password.
58. Parasino.com products and betting types are intended for genuine Members, that is, members who are well-intentioned, sincere, not fraudulent, and who play with Parasino.com for entertainment purposes are taken into consideration.
59. Parasino.com reserves the right to cancel, change or restrict products or bet types at any time without notice.
60. Parasino.com reserves the right to cancel or recalculate a bet investment (bet) made by the Member at any time without notice, in the event that a Member has mistakenly placed a bet, or has placed more than one bet on one or more events or bets or more than one bet for an event that has not yet started. In cases where a Member has placed a bet in accordance with Rule 27, in an amount greater than the total amount due to Parasino.com for one or more events, Parasino.com will contact the Member by phone and/or e-mail. The recalculation value and/or bet cancellation arrangements must be mutually agreed upon before the event starts. If Parasino.com is unable to contact the Member before the start of the event, Parasino.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the bets and/or recalculate the stake of a bet or more than one bet to recover the bets in accordance with Rule 27.
61. In cases where a Member opens a Member Betting Account with Parasino.com, Parasino.com reserves the right to provide the following to the Curaçao governing bodies upon their request:
· Records or documents in Parasino.com's possession or control regarding the Member's betting transactions (excluding bank account information, credit card information and official identifiers); and;
· Names, contact information and similar identifying information held or controlled by Parasino.com regarding Members entering into betting transactions.
62. Such information will only be provided to assist in a legitimate investigation conducted by the Curaçao governing body to protect the integrity of the sport.
63. For the avoidance of doubt, the Member agrees that Parasino.com will provide the above information to Curacao eGaming.
64. Curacao eGaming means entities that are required by law to have access to information to assist in the investigation of legal or financial matters concerning a member.
65. The decisions of the management are final and no changes will be made.
66. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao and each Member agrees that it cannot and will exercise jurisdiction over the Courts of Curaçao in relation to any dispute or matter arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
67. The relevant regulatory authority is Curacao eGaming or another authority authorized for this purpose by the laws of Curacao.
68. Live Betting
· The match scores and other statistics given in live bets are for informational purposes only. Parasino.com has no responsibility for the accuracy of these results.
· Single or Multiple bet, the member cannot cancel a bet slip that includes live bets.
In live betting, if the odds are clearly in favor of one side due to a problem or if an incorrect betting option is left open due to a problem, Parasino.com reserves the right to void these bets. (Example: The match score is 3-0 and there is still a 2.5 goals over/under betting option.)
Parasino.com reserves the right to void, close, cancel or suspend live bets due to TV broadcast error or accident. A bet that is closed or suspended during a live event may or may not be reopened depending on the live betting operator.
Parasino.com is very strict about respecting the live betting program. However, due to a possible technical issue, a live event may be cancelled or removed from the program before or during the live event.
69. Live Results
· The match scores and other statistics given in live bets are for informational purposes only. Parasino.com has no responsibility for the accuracy of these results.
· There may be delays and errors in live results due to technical issues. Parasino.com has no responsibility.
70. Live broadcast
· The copyrights of live broadcast events belong to Parasino.com.
If the live broadcast is detected to be used illegally by a member, Parasino.com reserves the right to terminate that member's account and the act of live broadcast copyright infringement may lead to legal investigation.
Parasino.com reserves the right to determine rules for viewing live broadcast events.
· The minimum bet value for watching a live stream of an event may be determined by Parasino.com. This minimum value must be clearly stated to the member before the event.
71. Virtual Sports
Virtual Sports is a computer-generated representation of a random draw result, where the first number generated decides which runner will win the race, which ones will be placed, etc.
There are seven Virtual Sports: Virtual Horse Racing, Virtual Greyhounds, Virtual Football, Virtual Motor Racing, Virtual Speedway, Virtual Tennis and Virtual Soccer.
All bets on Virtual Sports follow the same rules as the real sports they represent (i.e. Virtual Horse Racing follows Horse Racing etc.). Please see the standard Parasino.com betting rules for details.
In the event of a computer, electrical or any other failure, any virtual race or event will be deemed void and your stake will be refunded.
